Purpose: Enabling and login using Two Factor Authentication (2FA) in OpenEMIS Core.

Enabling Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Please ensure that users have Email Address input in their overview account before enabling 2FA.
1) Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Configurations > Authentication page.
2) Under the Select button, click on the Edit button.
3) Fill in the mandatory fields.
4) Click on the Save button.
5) There will be a messages displaying that record has been updated successfully.
Login using Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
1) In the login page, key in the credentials – Username and Password
2) Click the Login button after keying in the credentials
3) A message will be displayed that a verification code has been sent to your registered email address.
4) Key in the verification code.
5) Click the Submit button.
6) It is now login into the OpenEMIS Core homepage.
