Purpose: From this page, you can add, edit, export, or delete area levels. An area level serves as a way to classify areas based on what type of area they are. In this example, Level 1 is Area Level 1 and it refers to countries. Level 2 refers to provinces and Level 3 refers to districts. These area levels can be customized and edited to your necessities. It is necessary that you keep this information consistent with the information about area levels in your OpenEMIS Core.

Add an Area Level

  1. To add an Area level, select the “Add” icon and proceed.

Area Level 1

  1. Indicate what the “Area level number” of the new “Area level” you are creating is.
  2. Then, indicate the Area Level name. This does not necessarily have to be “level 1”. This could be “country” or “continent” e.t.c. depending on what your area level refers to.
  3. Click the “Save” icon to permanently save your work.

Area Level 2
