Purpose:
OpenEMIS Survey is a mobile application that can be accessed through App Store and Google Play Store. Once the OpenEMIS Survey app is download, it can be used offline to conduct surveys. Your system administrator will provide you with your username and password. Once logged in, you can edit the password.
How to Login OpenEMIS Survey
1) Open the OpenEMIS Survey app.
2) Click on the Menu option on the top right corner of the application.
3) Click on the Login option, available at the bottom of the menu.
4) Fill in your login credentials provided by your administrators. Once you filled in the credentials, click the Login button.
How to Logout OpenEMIS Survey
1) Open the OpenEMIS Survey app.
2) Click on the Menu option on the top right corner of the application.
3) Click on the Logout option, available at the bottom of the menu.
