Pre-requisite: There must be an existing Plan Type

1. Navigate to Configure and select a Plan Type
2. Navigate to Tags and Markers
3. In the Tags tab, click the add button
4. You may select from the existing tags or add new tags by clicking the add button
5. Click the save button
6. To add a marker, click on the Markers tab
7. Click the add button
8. You may select from the existing markers or add new markers by clicking the add button
9. Click the save button
