Pre-requisite: There must be an existing Plan Type
1. Navigate to Configure and select a Plan Type
2. Navigate to Levels
3. Click the add button
4. Enter Level name
5. In Plan Type Mandatory, tick the checkbox if this Level has to be mandatory in the Plan Type
6. In Customize Label, tick the checkbox to allow label customization
7. In Reporting Requirement, tick the checkbox to allow Narratives to be added
8. In Progress Reporting Comment, tick the checkbox to allow users to add comments
9. Click the save button
