There are two ways users may subscribe to a school for SMS/IVR alerts:
- Subscribe through system
- Subscribe through phone
Those who want to receive notification on shipments may request the System Administrator to subscribe to the desired school.
Subscriptions can also happen via texting “Subscribe School Code” to the local OpenEMIS Logistics number. Unsubscribe to alerts by texting “Unsubscribe School Code“.
Additionally, a list of location-specific subscribed user list can be accessed through Administration>Locations>Subscriptions.
