Willingness to be Vaccinated

Purpose:

This feature allow users to indicate Staff Willingness to be Vaccinated.

Features:

• Add Willingness to be Vaccinated
• View Willingness to be Vaccinated
• Edit Willingness to be Vaccinated
• Delete Willingness to be Vaccinated

Add Willingness to be Vaccinated

Step 1: Go to Institutions > Staff > Health, select Consultations tab. Click on Add button.

Step 2: Fill in the mandatory fields.

Click ‘Save’ after all mandatory fields is filled up.

Once saved, user will be directed to the Consultations summary page which shows the list of Consultations.

View Willingness to be Vaccinated

Step 1: Go to Institutions > Staff> Health, select Consultation tab. You will be able to see the summary of Consultations.

Step 2: Select Actions Bar > View

Step 3: You will be able to see Additional details for Consultations.

Step 4: Similarly, you will be able to update the record.

Edit Willingness to be Vaccinated

Step 1: Go to Institutions > Staff > Health, select Consultations tab.

Step 2: Select Actions Bar > Edit

Step 3: You will be able to edit the fields > Save.

Step 4: Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.

Delete Willingness to be Vaccinated

Step 1: Go to Institutions > Staff > Health, select consultation tab.

Step 2: Select Actions Bar > Delete

Step 3: System will display a confirmation box that all associated records will be removed.

Step 4: System will display a message upon removing successfully.
