Purpose:

This feature allow users to generate reports.

Features:
Student Health Report

• Add Student Health Report: Vaccinations
• View Student Health Report: Vaccinations
• Download Student Health Report: Vaccinations

Add Student Health Vaccinations’ Report

Step 1: Go to Reports > Students. Click on Add button.

Step 2: Fill in the required fields.

Click ‘Save’ after all required fields are filled up.

Once saved, user will be directed to the student reports summary page which shows the list of student reports.

View Student Health Vaccinations’ Report

Step 1: Go to Reports > Students.  You will be able to see the summary of student reports.

Step 2: Select Actions Bar > View.

Step 3: You will be able to see Additional details for Student Health Vaccinations’ Report.

Download Student Health Vaccinations’ Report

Step 1: Go to Reports > Students .

Step 2: Select Actions Bar > Download

Step 3: The student vaccinations’ health report will download automatically. Users can view staff health vaccination records in excel spreadsheet.
