This feature allow users to manage field types for vaccinations.
Add Vaccinations Field Types
Step 1: Go to Administration > System Setup > Field Options, select Vaccinations. Click on Add button.
Step 2: Fill in the mandatory fields.
Click ‘Save’ after all mandatory fields are filled up.
Once saved, user will be directed to the field type summary page which shows the list of vaccination field types
View Vaccinations Field Types
Step 1: Go to Administration > System Setup > Field Options, select Vaccinations. You will be able to see the summary of vaccinations field types.
Step 2: Select Actions Bar > View
Step 3: You will be able to see Additional details for Vaccinations field type.
Step 4: Similarly, you will be able to update the record.
Edit Vaccinations Field Types
Step 1: Go to Administration > System Setup > Field Options, select Vaccinations.
Step 2: Select Actions Bar > Edit
Step 3: You will be able to edit the fields > Save.
Step 4: Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.
Delete Vaccinations Field Types
Step 1: Go to Administration > System Setup > Field Options, select Vaccinations.
Step 2: Select Actions Bar > Delete
Step 3: System will display a confirmation box that all associated records will be removed.
Step 4: System will display a message upon removing successfully.
