Manage Users

 

Purpose: This feature enables users to create and manage user Accounts in OpenEMIS Identity.

Create User Account

1) Go to Users

2) Select Add icon

3) Enter the required information such as (First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB and User type)

4) Select Save

Edit User Account

1) Go to Users

2) Select Action Bar > Edit

3) You may edit on the necessary fields such as (DOB, Last Name, Identity Number) etc.

4) Select Save to perform your changes.

View User Account

1) Go to Users

2) Select Action Bar > View

3) You will be able to view additional details of the User Account.

4) Similarly, you can edit or delete the records.

Delete User Account

 

1) Go to Users

2) Select Action Bar > Delete

3) Select Yes to proceed to delete

4) Your record will be deleted successfully.
